Let's get your AI set up!

On this page, we walk you through customising the visual elements of your AI chat to reflect your brand.

Head to the appearance section of your Coachvox account to begin.

Give your AI a name

The name of your AI matters. It’s the digital extension of you or your business. So name your AI something clear and memorable.

Whilst you can use a simple approach like "[Your name] AI", you may want your AI to convey your field of expertise or how you can help. Use our AI name generator to get some extra ideas fast!

Upload an avatar image

Customising your AI's visual identity includes selecting an avatar. You might choose to:

  • Upload a professional photo of yourself for the personal approach.
  • Use a photo editor or AI generator to create a distinct AI avatar.
  • Use your company logo for a brand-focused approach.

For a unique, eye-catching look, consider using an AI avatar generator. These tools can create a stylised version of you to clearly differentiate between your real self and your AI clone.

Potential avatar generators include:

Avatar image size:

  • Square ratio 1:1
  • Minimum 100x100 pixels up to 1MB file size.

Tip: If you need to resize your image, you can do this using your device's built-in tools.

  • On a Mac, open the image in Preview, then go to Tools > Adjust size and scale it down.
  • On Windows, open the image in Photos, then select Resize image.

Once you've picked your avatar image, just click on the circle to upload it.

Customise your colours

Style your AI using your brand colours to help your clients recognise and trust your AI and see it as part of your business.

On the appearance page, you can select two colours.

  • Primary colour - This is used for your message bubbles, new chats, and send button colour
  • Secondary colour - This affects your AI's name and copy icon.

Click on the colour picker symbol to choose a colour or input HEX or RGB codes.

Important: Once you've made your choices, check that the text in your chat is readable.

Choose a font

Select a font from the list that matches your brand style

Choose a theme

You can choose from six themes for your AI chat, as well as a whole variety of background patterns.

Theme and pattern selection

If you're looking for an overall darker theme, select Midnight.

Preview

You can preview how your style choices will look on the right, including how the live chat, starter prompts, and sign-up screen will appear.

Once happy, click Save to update your AI's settings.
