Q. Zapier tells me I need to reconnect to Coachvox. Why is this, and what do I do?
A. This could be because you've changed your Coachvox password. In the zap, click to reconnect and log in to Coachvox with your up-to-date password.
Q. What triggers are available through the Coachvox Zapier integration, and when is the information sent?
A. The Coachvox Zapier triggers and timings are:
New client = 1 to 15 minutes after someone completes the registration form to chat with your AI.
New conversation = 1 to 15 minutes after a chat is closed. Note: The system will consider a chat closed if the user refreshes and starts a new chat, or after 24 hours if there has been no more activity.
Q. What information can I send from Coachvox to another application through Zapier?
A. You can send over the client's contact details, the date and time of the chat, the chat summary, and the AI name.
Q. Does Coachvox provide API access?
A. Coachvox doesn’t provide direct API access. However, you can embed your AI chat into your own website, and you can connect your Coachvox account to your CRM, email provider, or other systems via our Zapier integration.
Q. I have multiple Coachvox AIs. How can I organise the data sent to Zapier?
A. Zapier will pull through the 'AI name' connected to each record. This means you can use Zapier's built-in 'Filter by Zapier' or 'Paths by Zapier' tools in steps of your zaps to filter the data based on the relevant AI name.
