Use cases
Q. How do I work out how best to use the AI version of me to grow my business?
A. For guidance and inspiration about how you could use the AI version of you, take our quick AI use case quiz.
Q. How do I define a clear purpose for my AI?
A. Start by writing a mission statement. Note this in a prominent place to guide your training choices.
You can use this template:
"I'm training [your AI name] to help [target audience] to [outcome for them] for [your business goal]"
With clear objectives, you can upload targeted content, focus training on what matters to your audience, and align your AI with your business goals.
Q. If I want to use my AI for my current clients to get coaching in between sessions and also for lead gen, do I need two AIs?
A. Not necessarily, but having two AIs can work well for this setup. We recommend training one, then you can let us know if and when you want to add a second. We can enable you to duplicate data from your first and have two on the one account, making it simple to manage, or you can have a second subscription.
Q. I'd like to change the purpose of my AI from lead generation to providing value for my current clients. What steps should I take?
A. First, decide if you want to adjust your existing lead generation AI or whether you'd like to keep this and also train a second AI. If you'd like a second AI, let us know, and we can add this.
If you want to adjust your existing AI, here are some suggested steps:
- Change the 'AI approach' in the style and tone room to 'Add maximum value' instead of 'Generate inquiries'.
- Review your AI's starter prompts in engagement and edit to reflect your current clients' common queries.
- Review any prompts and completions in your training data that might only be relevant to prospective enquirers, then edit or delete as relevant.
- Consider whether there's any other information you could train your AI on to make it as helpful as possible for your clients.
Q. Can my AI deliver a course/learning programme?
A. Your AI can certainly support your students through your course, helping them engage with the content, providing encouragement and answering questions.
The ideal setup might be to combine a dedicated course platform, such as Teachable, Kajabi or ThriveCart, with your AI. That way, you'll have a place to organise and share your course modules and content, and track student progress. Then you can embed your AI chat into the course modules or link to your AI's share page, so the students have 24/7 access to your AI.
