Your AI's tone and personality

Set your AI's personality and communication style to make it sound like you.

Style and tone

In the style and tone training room, describe who you are and your tone of voice.

About you

Complete the two text boxes:

  • Who you are - Summarise who you are as a professional. Include your expertise, experience, qualifications or achievements.
  • Your personality and tone of voice - Describe your communication style, your tone of voice and your approach to supporting people. And don't hold back - the more specific, the better! This field has the second biggest influence on how your AI sounds after your training data, so it's worth giving it some thought.

Make full use of the available characters and remember to save any changes you make.

About you fields

Note: You will get the opportunity to describe your coaching methodology in more detail, if relevant to you, in the engagement training room.

AI approach

Here you can select what your AI is optimised for, based on your primary use case.

Add maximum value Generate enquiries
  • This is the default setting and is recommended for most creators.
  • Choose this if you're training your AI to give clients support and guidance, charging for access, or intend to have multiple use cases.
  • You can still get your AI to generate enquiries and share links using this setting.
  • Choose this if your primary goal is to get users to quickly take an action that moves them along the buying process.
  • Once you select this option you'll see a field to add a booking link or a sales page.
  • Your AI will then seek opportunities in the chats, after the initial 4-5 exchanges, to share this link.

Note: Regardless of the AI approach you choose, you can still train your AI to share links, give calls to action, add value and nurture leads 🙂

Style sliders

Adjust the style sliders to set your AI's communication and coaching style.

Choose between:

  • Coaching (asking questions and holding space) and mentoring (giving advice and guidance).
  • Empathetic (gentle, considered) and straight-talking (direct and no-nonsense).
  • Short and long responses (though these will always be context-dependent).
  • Formal (more complex wording) or informal (more conversational).
  • Accepting (using the information presented) and challenging (pushing back or digging deeper).
  • Serious (communicates with conviction) or jovial (more light-hearted).

If you're not sure, pick some for now then adjust them at a later point once you've done more AI training.

Tip: Consider how the options work together. For example, a coaching style often pairs well with an empathetic approach, but everyone is unique, and there are many possible combinations!
