When your AI uses your own expressions, clients feel like it really sounds like you. In the style and tone training room, you can toggle on 'advanced personalization' mode to select and add phrases you commonly use. It only takes a few minutes.

Conversation phrases

Select or add 5 to 10 different ways you want your AI to say hello or start conversations.

Sign-offs
Add 5 to 10 ways to say goodbye or end conversations.

Starters
Add a selection of phrases you might initially say in response to positive, negative or neutral information. Ideally include 5 to 10 for each type.

Find your common phrases
Even though there will be many phrases you use daily in conversation, we understand it can be hard to think of them when asked. Here are some potential places you could look for ideas:
- Email communications
- Social media content
- Message threads
- Client call transcripts
- Podcasts or video recordings
And, of course, you could ask a trusted contact: "What phrases do I say all the time?"
Remember: If you think of new phrases at another time, you can easily add these.
