Updating your account details

You can change the password or email address you use to log into Coachvox at any time in a few quick steps from your account settings.

Access your account settings

Click on your avatar in the top right corner and select 'Account settings' from the menu. Here you can update your login credentials.

  1. Click the "Change password" text
  2. Check your inbox for a password reset email
  3. Follow the link in the email to set a new password

Note: If you've connected Zapier to Coachvox, after you've changed your Coachvox password, you'll need to update the connection. See instructions below.

Change your email address

  1. Type your new email address in the field
  2. Confirm your current password below
  3. Click 'Set new email'

Note: This will change the email you use to log into Coachvox. To change your billing email, please let us know, and we'll update this on Stripe for you.

Password changes and your Zapier connection

If you have connected Zapier to your account and you are running any zaps that involve Coachvox, you'll need to reconnect the two following a change of your Coachvox password.

To do this:

  • Log in to your Zapier account
  • Find a zap using Coachvox
  • Find the notification saying the connection has expired. (You may need to edit the zap to see this.)

This account connection is expired.

  • Click 'Reconnect this account'
  • Log in with your updated Coachvox password
