Managing your subscription

You can view your subscription and update your billing details from your account settings.

Access your account settings

Click on your avatar in the top right corner and select 'Account settings' from the menu.

Under 'Plan and pricing', you'll be shown your current subscription plan, price and billing frequency.

Note: Discounts may not be displayed.

Upgrade your subscription

Upgrade options may be shown below your current plan. For example, if you're paying monthly, you'll have the option to switch to yearly billing, giving you an overall saving.

Just click the button if you wish to upgrade and get in contact if you have any questions.

Update your payment details

You can access your Stripe billing portal from your account settings.

  • Click on the 'Access portal' button under 'Payment settings'.

  • Enter your email address to receive an access link
  • Click the link in your email to open the billing portal

In the billing portal, you can change your payment card and your billing name and address.

Failed payments

If your payment fails, you'll receive an automatic email from Stripe, then Stripe will try to take the payment again several times over the coming days.

If you need to update your payment method, just log in and do this when prompted or via the billing portal.

Download invoices

Within your billing portal, you can also view and download past invoices.
