Improving responses from client chats

When you're reviewing client chats, you may notice opportunities to improve your AI's training data. You can do this without leaving the client screen. Here's how:

Step 1: Hover over any AI response in a chat transcript and a purple icon with three lines will appear.

Step 2: Click on the three lines icon and an 'Add to training data' box will appear showing the prompt and completion given in the chat.

Step 3: Edit the prompt (question/statement) and completion (answer) fields.

Then click 'Add' to save this P&C pair to your training data.

Important: When adding a prompt and completion pair to your training data using this method, make sure they make sense if they were read alone, without the context of the conversation. Remove anything only related to that chat, such as a name.

Your AI will then use this data in future chats.

Note: The original chat message won't change in the transcript. You'll be able to find the newly added P&C pair in your training data.
