Creating your AI share page
Your Coachvox share page is a powerful tool for introducing your AI clone to potential clients and audience members. This focused page connects your human identity with your AI and can help visitors understand you as a professional, how your AI can help them, and how to interact with your AI.
You can add links to your website and other resources making it a hub of key information about you and your services.
Let's get it set up!
Basic info
Here is where you demonstrate your human credibility.
- Your name: Add your name. Note: Your name will be used to create your share page URL. Once created, it will not be possible to change the URL.
- Headline: Add a professional introduction that will be displayed at the top of your share page. State your area of expertise. Highlight who you help and how.
- Headshot: Upload a professional photo of you. Use a high-resolution square photo, minimum 500 x 500 pixels, ratio 1:1, up to 1 MB.
- Theme: By default your share page will use a light colour scheme. You may change this to dark if you'd prefer.
Example headline: "Building personal brands on LinkedIn and beyond. Teaching professionals how to elevate their online presence."
Social media
Here's where you can add your social media links.
You can link to your Linked, X (Twitter), Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok pages.
Your links
Next up add any other links. For example, your website, your books or your courses.
Choose an emoji, link title, description and the link.
Order them in priority. Clicking the star highlights that link with an extra border.
Your images
Add up to two additional images to your share page.
Image sizes: These two images should have a 16:9 aspect ratio, 1280 x 720 or 1920 x 1080 pixels, to make full use of the space. They can be up to 1 MB.
The first will show below your links. The second will show below your AI chat. These can help bring your page to life.
Introduce your AI
Give your audience a compelling reason to chat with your AI. Include a value proposition. Read it back - would what you have written make you want to start the chat?
In approximately 300 characters, explain your AI's primary purpose and how it can help them. Highlight that your AI is available at any time.
Example introduction: "Trained as an AI business coach, helping business owners discover their strengths and leverage their unique superpowers. Available around the clock to support your entrepreneurial journey."
Disclaimer
Add a short disclaimer to clarify the nature of your AI, set user expectations and to share any necessary legal information.
Sample disclaimer: "Coachvox AI is an artificial intelligence model, not a real person. We're not responsible for any advice given. Please exercise caution, as AI models can sometimes provide incorrect information."
Get your unique link
Once complete, click save to generate your unique share page URL.
This will then be displayed in the 'Basic info' section.
Share away!
You're then ready to share your share page with your audience.
Link to it from wherever you show up online such as your:
- Website
- Newsletters
- Social media bios
- Presentation slides
- Podcast show notes
- Amazon author page
- Course resources lists
- YouTube video descriptions
Hosting your share page on your website
If you choose to, you can place your AI's share page on your own web domain by following these steps:
- Once you've saved your share page, go to Share my AI.
- Copy the full-page embed code under "Host your share page on your site".
- Add this code to a blank page on your website (inside an HTML block).
- Check the display.
You will now have a duplicate of your share page on your own website domain.
